Mark Holloway, J.D.

Sr. Vice President, Compliance Services

Mark Holloway has more than 30 years of experience in health and welfare employee benefits. He provides technical advice related to health and welfare benefit plans to Lockton Benefit Group professionals and their clients throughout the country. His expertise is in a variety of compliance-related issues including Health Reform, HIPAA, COBRA, Section 125, discrimination testing, FMLA, state insurance laws and legislative and regulatory issues at the state and federal levels.

Mark is a well-known and frequent speaker on many employee benefit topics and has written a number of articles and is a member of the editorial board of advisors for the Benefits Law Journal. Mark received his J.D. from Wake Forest University and his L.L.M. in Taxation from Villanova University Law School.

Total Rewards Practice

Mary Mosqueda is the Practice Leader for Lockton Companies Compensation and Total Rewards Practice. With over 2 decades of experience in compensation, human resources, and work/life programs, she has been a key contributor in the strategic development and design of public and private sector executive compensation and total rewards programs. She assists clients with strategy, design, funding, administration, and communication of total rewards programs, incentive compensation plans, including annual and sales programs, executive and board compensation negotiation, total remuneration for international and expatriate compensation, pay-for-performance systems, and work/life programs.

What should I expect when I attend?

Our goal is to provide a comfortable atmosphere with your peers and Lockton team where you can relax, network, and delve into discussions about timely issues facing HR and benefits leaders in 2024 and beyond. Additionally, conference attendance will be eligible for 5 hours of SHRM and/or HRCI credits

What should I wear?

Monday and Tuesday's business sessions will have a relaxed and casual atmosphere. Feel free to dress comfortably in jeans, athleisure, or sweatshirts. For Monday's dinner, while the dress code is slightly less casual than the business sessions, formal attire is not required.

Where do I park when I arrive?

Valet parking is available at the JW Marriott Charlotte.

Is there any cost to attend?

No, Lockton and our event sponsors are covering all expenses, including rooms, dining, drinks, and parking. Any additional incidentals, such as room service, will be billed separately to guests.
